Abisplan is a building design tool for architects, engineers, construction managers, builders, etc. It is available as two programs: Abisplan 2D and Abisplan 3D. Abisplan 2D allows the construction of strictly 2D plans, without having to first deal with 3D. Abisplan 3D frees you from the constraints of the preliminary 2D plan by allowing you to realize your ideas in 3D straight away.
